Refugee Employment Intern


Established in 2016, the Utah Community and Refugee Partnership Center (UCRPC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Utah County, that is committed to helping refugees and immigrants build new lives in Utah. The Refugee Employment Intern will aid the case managers with the processing of new clients (refugees or asylees). Responsibilities will include interpreting, writing client information by hand into client folders, and entering client information into electronic case notes and online database.

    • Basic typing skills
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word
    • Strict attention to detail
    • Ability to interact with people from other countries and cultures
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to multi-task

Time Commitment: Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 12:00PM

Compensation: Unpaid Internship. Will work with intern to provide academic credit if applicable.
